Pledge recognition

I recently put in a pledge using the monthly installments deal yesterday afternoon. So far I have not received a confirmation email or anything. (paid by credit card) Does it normally take this long to get some kind of receipt?

 

If I understand correctly, you should see the total amount pledged on your account page go up each month by the amount you donated. When you reach the amount equalling the pledge level you are going for it will give you access to that pledge level and items involved.

Additionally you should get a "Congratulations! Thanks for supporting Shroud of the Avatar by Portalarium, Inc.." email but I don't think you get this on each payment but only once the pledge is paid. I may be wrong.

If you have any questions though you can contact support@portalarium.com and they will be able to answer anything you may want to know.

 

I rechecked with my CC and apparently it did not go through so I resubmitted another one for same amount and got a response right away. Thank you!
