    When do you have the MOST fun in SotA ? By yourself or when you're with others.

    I'm NOT asking how you spend most of your time, but rather is SotA more fun for you when you're alone or when you're with others.

    Feel free to elaborate if you wish . ;)

    "Most fun" is definitely with other people.
    Even if its a party, or a craft-a-thon, or decorating - good conversation and good times with friends is why I play an MMO instead of a single player game.

    most fun is solving new puzzles. that's generally alone.

    I'd have to say SotA, as currently designed as an MMO, is more fun with others for me. The offline game still needs tons of redesign and rework and rebalancing and ... to be more fun.

    For me, its WAY more fun with others. On rare occasion I just want to be left alone, but its not really fun, I just want to be left alone.

    I definitely have most fun with others. I have moments that I putter by myself but helping others is fun for me. Syncing music with others is definitely one of my favorite things to do.

    i did said alone because of party size 1, but the times i have fun are when pvping.

    i used to have fun trying bosses i had no business trying, and eventually got them all except vrul. Now that i'm 92 bosses feel more like chores punctuated with arbitrary bad luck.

    I've been mmo'ing long enough to know that the solo grind is a significant part of it. But the solo grind is what I do so I can join with friends and do what I can't do by myself. My favorite moments in any game I've played over the past coupla decades have been those that after numerous failures and strategizing and theory crafting the day comes when we kick ass :)

    With others, unfortunately when grinding for xp, gold, or resources you're more incentivized to be solo.

    I wish we had option 3) 50/50 in both. I love doing stuff by myself like gardening, messing with my vendors and shops, crafting my wares. I also love attending events with lots of folks around.
