    a pot covered wagon.. reminds me of all the pot farms in people's basements *chuckle*

    is a guard going to walk up to the wagon, and ask the driver "...you gonna eat that?"

    Correct, I think we can only buy up to City deeds with in game gold.

    No need to despair or abandon the basic premise though. In the Vengeance town using the desert01 static template they have broken walls surrounding 4 city lots. (You can visit them in the east of Drachvald to see this).
    So something like that can be achieved with a static town.
