Potted plants in Citys "bugging out" (pic attached)

    Title: Potted plants in Citys "bugging out" (pic attached)
    Reproduction Rate: very rare
    Blocker? yes
    Details: this bug has happened twice this weekend. The first was in Ardoris starting between the Devotional and the Paintings vendor. Once the bug starts other Plants begin to bug as you move around in the scene. important to note not all types of potted plants bugged out, in Ardoris only two types. this second occurrence of the bug in Brit Central only one type of plant scene here is "bugging out"
