    Here's some sneak-preview shots of South Broken Road, a Tier 2 area between Opalis and Jaanford.

    Garret The Fabulous, longtime purveyor of fine hair tonics and plague cures, has gone missing somewhere along the South Broken Road. If someone were to find his wares untended, let's hope they wouldn't try to make their own mixtures.

    A nice map - would it be possible to have areas with cattle or peaceful NPC (farmers, herders, travelling folk) on that map? this would later also allow for simple quests.

    Yes. There's cattle in this map. A future improvement of this map is going to be a minstrel camped out along the road who's horse has run off (you can go find it and lead it back)... and possibly more quests from him. I like the friendly farmer idea. When we have time for more in-depth quest attention on this map I would definitely be willing to strip out some of the baddies and put in a nice family of farmers.

    There is a shiny cow in Owl's Head that you can use. She looks pretty sad standing there day after day almost never moving anymore. She would be very happy to be relocated.

    Re plunderers- the farmhouses don't look like there's anything left for plundering.
    Perhaps the plunderers could be vigilantes or other hostile/non-hostile humanoids that tie to the main storyline
