Puuk's Quests Now Incomplete

    Title: Puuk's Quests Now Incomplete

    Blocker? sort of
    Details: Now that Puuk is gone, there are all sorts of neat quests that he started that have dangling ends and are incomplete. Suggest closing up the loose ends to prevent Avatars from pursuing quests that will never be finished.

    For example- asking Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth about Phineas yields no response although it is still marked as a keyword in the conversation.
