    Details:
    I picked up the mission to track down Quentin. I found a path of blood that lead to a body, and I thought that was Quentin but nothing really came of that. My compass tells me to go see Kinsey for the next step in the quest, and he keeps waving at me like he has something, but when I ask him about Quentin he just says, "Private Quentin is missing? That's troublesome. Hopefully he's safe, wherever he is." If that's all he's going to say, then why does the compass take me there?
