    Title: Quest PoT Village lot deed has a value

    Details: Just got the quest lot deed from the oracle and noticed it got a value of 50.
    It's the no trade version not upgraded to free to trade yet.

    The row lot deed given for completing the outskirts questlines also has a value of 50, but is No Trade.
