quest village deeds upgrades r messed up

heyy i got meh village deed from quest and i was fixin to update it to tax free - but when i right click i see i have to go all da way from lesser deeds - there's smthin not ok w that - why? like why i cant update my village deed like a normal village deed to a better village deed w makin it worse first (row deeds), it turns out better is to buy a normal village deed from players and ditch tis one in da bank than update it

pls change it

 

All deed upgrades cost the value of the updated deed minus the value of the deed you are updating from, and the bound village deed from the quest is no exception. The extra cost to turn it into a Row Deed will unbind it from account (which is considered a higher deed level as it's then tradable) but you are able to upgrade it to any other type of village deed that you could buy from the store, and it will cost less than buying the deed directly. Is this linked sheet outdated or is the 30% deed upgrade sale still going on?

I have a city deed POT Taxed and to upgrade it to a POT Taxed Water it will cost me 800 cotos today. According to the worksheet it is 1000 cotos (the difference between the two). I thought the 30% off sale was over already.

 

The most recent deed upgrade sale was never turned off, though it is a 20% sale not a 30% sale. The crown store sales are still set to 30% off (instead of the normal 20% off) as well, and we're still in double XP.

Those sale prices are the new regular prices.

 

i know how tis works now, but village deed is village deed it shouldda be upgradeable to upper vilage deeds not downgrade to all kind of row deeds
