Question from a potential backer

    Not me, I'm already paying my way to the glorious title of Knight Commander :D

    However, a friend of mine would be interested in backing SotA, but the issue he has is this:

    The Episodes. He is concerned that he would have to pay for each episode as they are released. From what I remember, LB answered to this during the Kickstarter, saying that the backers would have access to all the episodes without extra costs. That is correct, and applies to new backers as well, I hope?

    Isn't it that if you pledge "Explorer" level or higher, you pre-purchse all five expansions? Otherwise, one will have to pay for them as they are released. Remember that the game is designed to be purchsed for play, no monthly subscriptions.

    I'm pretty sure Devoid is right, if you pledge at Explorer or higher, you also buy all the episodes.

    Yeah, that's what it looks like, now that I looked at the backer levels again.
