random encounter quest for field research seems to be bugged.

    Details: Kill all the scorpions in a random desert encounter. Kill darkstarr coprion.
    Talk to field researched her. Take Survey ticket to the mage in Aerie.
    Specific vendor is named Eretria Moonglow. She is waving at me with a blue sparkling hand.
    I've tried Survey Ticket, Survey, Ticket, and Surveyticket and she doesn't seem to know what
    I am talking about.
