Recommend Server Admin notices not be filtered as Misc in Tabs

    I turn off "Misc" to reduce some in game notifications clutter.

    BUT... I missed important Server Announcements that got filtered out, like Server Going Down for Maintenance in 15 minutes.

    Can you NOT filter out any Server Admin notices? We need to see those. Or make another check box filter selection just for Server Notices?
