Repair Minor at the crafting table repair issues/ possible bugs.

Details:
When you click on repair minor on the smithing table, and the only thing worn out is a smithing hammer, in this instance a true bronze engraved one, it loads up the hammer and a blacksmithing tool kit.

1. The table thinks it can repair the tool with a blacksmithing tool kit.
2. Also, if you replace the blacksmith repair kit with a tool repair kit you still can't repair the hammer.
3. You cannot seem to gain any skill at all in the blacksmithing repair skill when using a repair kit in the
field. You must use a table. (not sure if that part is by design).

To Reproduce,
1. try to repair using a table when the only thing in your inventory worn out (make sure its a tool)
Make sure to use the repair simple recipe to do this. Don't drag the items needed yourself.
2. try switching the blacksmith repair kit for a tool repair kit.
3. Attempt to gain skill while field repairing metal armour or weapons.

this is a bug. it should not see the hammer as an eligible ingrediant for the smithing minor repair recipe.

this is by design. you cannot repair tools on a table.
