Repair Samael's Ring Side Quest

After meeting Samael in Brookside he gives me a broken ring to have repaired . He tells me to go to Graff ( I assume Port Graff. Every NPC in Port Graff is essentially unnamed and blank with no dialogue options. I also searched Graff Island(same blank npcs, and Graff Gem Mines). Has anyone progressed beyond this portion of the new quest?

I can't get Samael to talk to me....he just keeps saying "Thanks you, avatar. Visiting their place of rest does give me some measure of peace and hope. I am glad that you were able to help me see that."
Also, there is a chair in Samael's house that is knocked over....you can sit in it and its pretty funny.

 

Have you completed the Love story line? I'm thinking if you have, then he won't talk to you anymore.

 

Yes, I have it completed.

 

If you have completed the Path of Love, Samael no longer needs his ring as a keepsake.
