Repairing Longbow

Repairing Stolen 0 price longbow at tables, with 1 kit, still recovers max durability.

Also, We need clarification on the differences between repairing an item with a repair kit in the field and at a table. Field repairs repair less ? Is there a difference? And how do you work repair up now - hopefully not just using COTOs?

The above is not clear in the release instructions, so im having trouble telling what's a bug and whats not.
