Details:This remains an issue from 2 releases ago in terms of the wolves taking on the wrong names when tamed. Desert Elder Wolves become Elder Timber Wolves when tamed. Ferocious Arctic Wolf becomes Elder Arctic Wolf. As a full example I just tested: Ferocious Obsidian Wolf becomes Obsidian Wolf when tamed with 1022 HP when summoned. My old actual Obsidian Wolf when summoned has 972 HP. So it is just a naming issue that needs to be fixed.
Steps to Reproduce: Actually go out, find one of the new tamable wolves from R66+, tame it, watch what it actually becomes named as when tamed. Please please please check every wolf by really taming them to see what they become named as!

Yep, and right now we have a person scamming people by saying the one he has tamed is a artic wolf destroyer, it just has the wrong name. People who dont know a destroyer needs a level 89 summoning and are buying his that are not level 89 summoning cuz they dont know and are getting scammed by this person and its the devs fault for saying it was in and its not, combined with the wrong names thing.
