[Resolved] Artifice Stuck in Hall of Artifice (face to childrens)

Reproduction Rate: can't tell, but I'm stuck
Blocker? Yes, can't go further on the quest
Details: in-game
Steps to Reproduce:

I am on the quest the path of truth, I went to Artifice and got the 3 keys on the first rooms, then I went to the donwstair room, until the last where the are childs.

I used the key then the message the door is unlocked shown, but when I try to open the door nothing happens.
Can't go further...
I watched video to see if I misses something but I can't move on.

Same problem! Watched a video and the log says the door is unlocked but it will not open!

 

I assume you all tried putting the cursor on the door and hit E

Yes I tried "E" double click etc... It says the door is unlocked but it will not open.

I'm stuck there also. I try to open the gate and it says "Already unlocked!", but the gate does not open.
