My Practice Dummy Bug
100% never works on my lot. (Though it will work in the basement).

not blocked,
Can't target the dummy, can't attack the dummy, can't pick it up and move it unless it's put back in my inventory first
win10, cpu Intel i7, 24 GB ram, 64 bit

i visited when lily was present. her char IS the lot owner, there are not too many npcs on the lot. there was a bit of lag for it to show up properly when she took it down to her basement, but not an unreasonable amount. there was no reason i could see that it wasn't activating when upstairs in town.
