    Blocker? partially (you can buy goods from another Crafting Supplies Merchant, instead)
    Details:
    The Crafting Supplies Merchant Bledig deCani fails to load properly upon entering the scene both in the Multiplayer Online Mode and in the Offline Mode.
    • You are unable to interact with him
    • He shows up as tripled (his 3d model is tripled)
    • His nameplate is missing
    Things tried:
    • Restarted the client
    • Restarted the pc
    • Updated the client from QA R47 to Live R47
    A workaround:
    • Visit the Crafting Vendor Chip Leland in Ardoris, instead
