[Resolved] skills block

    training skills, Suddenly, two abilities, one of ground and one of light power, have lowered their hit percentage and are blocked, I can't use them, attached image. Can anyone tell me why this happened to me and how do I fix it so I can use them? I've been trying to forget the ground ability and relearn it but I still can't use it. Thank you. Thank you.

    Solved. This happens when you have the ingredients locked up in inventory.
