    Title: Camouflage - I use it and I can see everyone else who is also using it
    Reproduction Rate: Many times
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: When in PvP in a basement, if others are stealthed and I use camouflage, I can see their outlines now.
    Steps to Reproduce: Have someone else be stealthed (maybe has to be camouflage) and then use camouflage.

    We tested this and it appears to be be working at GM status. While you can max it out at 100%, it's not an absolute 100% stealth - meaning full invisibility. It will also depend on their percentage but even at 100% players can be seen is one really tries.
    We checked out all the stealth skills to be sure.

    @Lexie it wasn't even like I had to try, switching to camo in the basement made them super obvious, to the point where I realized that mine would be super obvious, and thus didn't bother to use it.

    Like really obvious, "Oh, there's four guys over there stealthed!" And they were some distance away too, probably 1 cm tall on screen.

    When not using it, I couldn't see them at all.

    My character has a pretty low skill level.

    Did you try it in basement lighting conditions?
