[Responded] Falling Waters Fortress - Loading Frozen at 98%

    Title: Falling Waters Fortress + Virtue Oasis - loading frozen at 98%
    Reproduction Rate: Yes, 9 times over 2 days
    Blocker: ?... can't enter player town but doesn't block a quest
    Details: the infamous loading screen freezes at 98% when trying to enter towns
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to enter towns but loading won't surpass 98%
    User Specs: Windows 10 64-bit, Intel i7 4790, Radeon R9 270

    I've tried to enter Falling Waters Fortress and Virtue Oasis for 2 days. Every time the loading screen freezes. I've turned off aggressive deco loading and have been in single player online mode on each occasion. This does not bypass the problem.

    Hopefully this is under repair. It may not break the game for me to not be able to visit the handful of towns freezing at the loading screen. But if you are someone who has a home/shops there, a bug preventing players entry into a town is a very big deal.
