    1. Title: Raise fizzle chance with locked reagents
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Have 0% chance to fizzle with some magic spells (Water Ele, Buffs, etc.) when reagents are not locked to inventory. If I lock reagents to inventory my fizzle chance jumps really high.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Lock reagents for spell

    It's best not to lock reagents you actually use in combat. If you lock them they cannot be consumed or taken out of your inventory at all. And your lack of reagents that can be used is what is hurting your fizzle.
