The Launcher.exe is being blocked by my security product (Malwarebytes) as it is attempting to access an IP address (89.108.83.100).
Having done a "whois" IP lookup, it shows as Russian Federation with an ASN of AS43146 owned by Agava Ltd.
I'm sort of assuming that this is part of our expansion into the Russian market and that's it's probably fine.

However, I'll wait to hear from you that this IP is OK before I tell Malwarebytes to unblock it.

    Thanks for what you do,
    Robert Frost

This is just the peer to peer torrent download system that we use for patching connecting to other peers that are running the patch client. The BitTorrent protocol that we use for this is safe and should not be a problem to connect to any IP in the world. However, you are welcome to use software to block any IPs that you wish, it shouldn't affect the patch client much.
