    Details:
    The dye recipes still do not use roses as a main ingredient.

    From Release 40 instructions:
    Starting in R41, we will be changing the dye recipes to use roses as a main ingredient.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Check dye recipes

    Yes, but notice it didn't make it into the patch notes for R41. This was delayed, not a bug :(
