    1. Title: Unable to learn crafting recipe - table top catapult

    4. Details: Says needs carp at 70 but I have it at 90+
    5. Steps to Reproduce: try and learn it

    Level 90 of carpentry skil has 67.1 profiency level -> so 70 profciency is not met afaik

    If you go into your skill tree and mouse over carpentry, it will show your proficiency in the description in green text. It's a little bit different than your skill level. To go along with what Rentier said :)

    If I had a nickel for every post like this...

    I agree with @Browncoat Jayson in that the crafting proficiency should be shown like the attunements... but perhaps it would be better to say so in the feedback forums.

    PS, thanks for the great suggestion in that thread I made. ;)
