Title: Weird Visual Anomaly centered on house in Aerie

Blocker certainly blocks this spot from being seen
Details: There seems to be a visual anomally centered on this house. If I move away there is no issue but looking at this house something seems to be broken
Steps to Reproduce: Well I just was walking around aerie and saw it not sure if it will occur in other spots but will keep looking.
