Rewards, Prizes and Other Special Item Mailouts

    Laney has been working her fingers to the bone to mail out all of the Anniversary Rewards, Stream Prizes, and other Special items.

    At the time of this writing, the delivery of the Anniversary plaques is almost complete (if not complete). Laney will also be mailing out Streamer Bundle replenishments, Stream Prizes, and the Bonus Anniversary Cloaks from the December 15th Stream COTO purchase offer. All this in addition to other additional special items owed to our ONBE and CNBE players.

    When I say that she is working hard on this, please understand that this represents thousands of items. Please allow her the time to clean up this backlog without looking to get a status on your items.

    We will update everyone when everything is mailed. Thank you so very much for your patience!
