    Details: I've noticed this occasionally, but I'm not sure what causes it. Sometimes, I just cannot get an Encounter to begin. It's not the "immunity" you get right after an encounter, as this can happen several minutes after zoning out, the creature just seems to ignore me. This generally fixes itself after entering and leaving a scene, and occasionally if I stand still long enough they will come out of it and attack me, but its strange how long this can last.
    Steps to Reproduce: Leave an encounter, wander the map, notice that mobs ignore you.
