Shield Bash effect appears distance above players head

    Reproduction rate : 100% Blocker ? No

    Details:
    The visual "bang" effect from Shield Bash appears a few meters above the player's head. This is a change from previous releases where it correctly appeared on level with the player.

    Steps to reproduce :
    Use Shield Bash skill.

    User specs :
    Intel Core i7-5500U, Intel HD Graphics 5500, 2.4 GHz, 12 GB RAM, Windows 10 x64
