At least, the Shogun Four-Story Town Home came back - great :)

Not so great: the price (16,000)

Currently, the most expensive TOWN House is at 15,000 for an Obsidian Tower Town Water Home.

Even if the price would have been 15,000 for the Shogun Four-Story Town Home, it would be way to high.

Why? Well, it is a VAULT & HERITAGE item.

A buyer of an Obsidian Tower Town Water Home or Elven 3-Story Town Water home can re-sell the house.

    A buyer of a Shogun Four-Story Town Home (Vault/Heritage) can't re-sell it.

If the regular price for such a building is set to 15,000 (4-story),
a vault edition shouldn't cost more than half of this price.
For about 7,500 Crowns I would say okay (well, even a Pristine Gothic Mansion Town Water Home is just at 5,000!).

If an item is a Vault & Heritage item, it should be sold at least with half the regular price.
You buy it for a life time! It's not a kind of investment ...

I really waited for this house coming back. But
16,000 Crowns means: $160, or with 20% on sale: $128.

And even with the upcoming possibility to transfer those items to others (by paying a crown fee, if I got it right, correct me please, if not!): this fee raises the price ...

Come on, you can do better :)

(Edited to make clear Vault/Heritage item. Thank you Vladamir for your question).

Are you mixing vault and heritage?

Isn't there going to be a way to pack up no trade items for cotos so then they can be traded? If that is the case at least it can be re-sold.

I do agree with you, the prices are too high! Not trying to dis the SOTA team but how many other games could you buy with the money you spend on 16000 cotos?

Where is the shogun 4 story town home on sale 20% for $128 of cotos. Or did I misread your message.

It is on sale for 16,000 Crowns.

    If I want to buy the house I have to buy 16,000 Crowns = 1 Bundle for $100, 1 Bundle for $60 = $160.
Buying Crowns on sale, I would have to pay 80% = $128.

Yes, as I wrote above, it will be possible soon to re-trade. But who resells items for the price (s)he paid? And I don't know, if we have to pay a re-trade fee. In this case the price would be raised by this fee.

Gotcha. The crowns are not 20% off right now. So as of now $160.
