Shogun lighting unplaceable on water town lot or pirate galleon town

    I am unable to place shogun light strings on the pirate galleon or water town lot dock. Other lights have worked, such as the Large Ornate Elysian Brazier. I have emptied the lot of all deco & light sources and the problem persists.

    i believe these are flagged for ground only, but that was before full water lots and may need to be reevaluated.
