Skill tooltip for Buffs' Duration Are Bugged.

When you have a locked deck, while charging the skill, the tooltip does not show an increase in duration after this patch; however, the buff on the character displays the correct increase in duration.


Example - Healing Grace.
When cast at level 47 with a single charge, tooltip reports 15 second duration, while buff has 15 second.
When cast at level 47 with a four charges, tooltip still reports 15 second duration, while buff actually has 25 second.

Edit- This bug it actually present in Flurry, Ice Field, Immolation, and other such buffs.
