    Details: I have heard from Lord British that items within adventure areas, out in the actual adventure, aren't supposed to be virtue hits if you take them. Items such as these tools in the enemy and ghost infested (No NPCs) are in the Outskirts.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go here, look at the items on the ground. They are Ebon Dawn Private Property? Or Blood Minion Private Property?
