    4. Details: Bancroft says "Bancroft is so glad you are here! Bancroft wants to tall you about Annika." This should read "Bancroft is so glad you are here! Bancroft wants to tell you about Annika." (or possibly "Bancroft wants to talk to you about Annika.")
