Soltown quest reset help?

Sorry if this is the wrong place. Still not sure where to put things. There was a quest turn-in at the refugee camp in Soltown, to give (or not give) the item “From Hobart to Zorabeth” to Nyssa. I wanted to give it to her. I’m not sure if she walked far enough away while I was reading the text to close the window, or if I closed it myself accidentally, but I know that I did not actually *choose* one of those options. (Nor did I see any telltale ‘quest complete’ signs such as gold or xp.) I still have the item in my inventory, but when I talk to Nyssa now, she just says “Thank you for your assistance with the news of Markus earlier.” Since the window closed (and the quest completed) without me actively making a choice, I don’t even know what my news was! Is it Possible to reset her so I can complete the quest properly (and read the reaction to my choice)?
