Well, I haven't found a good way to count logins or anything like that. "Named Players Per-day" is based on players that have kill something and have not disabled their public stats. So, mostly "regular" adventurers. I know I've gone more than week without killing anything. Attending to business, crafting, guild/town activities, etc. Tons to do without killing anything.

Tried 90 days and am seeing a few of the various Wyvern Heads. These things sure do have an extremely rare drop rate......

 

Yeah. Makes me wonder what the Beetle to Wyvern Head conversion rate is.

I'm still reviewing the last month of data. It would be very helpful if someone could let me know roughly what time one dropped.

 

I didn't find any difference between the raw data and the graphs. just a really rare drop I guess.

 

now that i think about it, it might have been 2 releases ago, so you'll need to go back further in the data (if you can).

 

any chance for a way to check for world items? things picked up is a different event from things looted.

@that_shawn_guy while looking at the numbers for Wyvern heads again, I did notice one strange thing. ALL dropped Wyvern heads (last 90 days) only show they are coming from one area, Ulfheim (Novia_R9_Forest02_03).

Wyvern's do also appear in overland Barbarian encounters (Sorry, don't know the map name for those, the Wyvern ones specifically). While it is certainly possibly not one Wyvern head has ever dropped there (because of the completely extreme low drop rate), could the data for these be missing an area from it's data? Just wanted to check. They probably have NEVER dropped there, because it's just time better spent in Ulfheim, do to the nice resources there, than some crap Tier 3 scene with crap resources

Just wondered if you could check, if you get some time. No hurry. Just my own curiosity.

I'm seeing the same thing. Heads dropping only in Ulfheim. As rare as they seem to be, I'm not sure if that means anything.

 

OK thanks. The EXTREMELY rare rate is probably why none show up in a barbarian encounter. No one has probably had one drop there. Heh.

 

it's no fun doing an encounter. you have no control over how many wyverns show up. could be one, could be three. i've managed a battle with two once, but it involved some dying on my part to defeat them. ..so i just don't do barbarian encounters unless they're snowy.

 

Can we see the number of a creature killed within a certain time frame?

Someone was asking about the Dolus hood. I can see 2 hoods dropped in 7 days. But I don't know how many Dolus was killed (in 7 Days)?

I'm probably an idiot and just can't figure that out yet. (or this is not shown).
