The Explore Owl's Head Steam Achievement is still broken because the Rift portal is not discoverable as a point of interest.

4. Crafting Pavillion of Owl's Head
5. Fire Lotus Tavern
6. Upper Merchant Pavillion
7. Bank of Owl's Head
8. Guild Registrar of Owl's Head
9. Moon Tower Vista
10. West Exit to Hidden Vale
11. Entrance to Owl's Head Sewers

but can not get credit for
12. Rift Portal location .
leaving me at 11/12 for Explore Owl's Head Steam Achievement
