sub forum watch email notifications not working

    The sub-forum watch email notification option does not save when I try to turn it on.

    It says changes are saved, but it does not save, so I cannot get any sub-forum email notification when someone creates new thread.

    It used to work up until sometime in December, then suddenly all of my notifications stopped. Now, I cannot turn it back on.

    Can a moderator please help fix this
