Suggestion -new grandmaster!

    Suggestion only

    Convert 100 skill level into a to Adept with the same bonuses.

    Make 120 the new "Grandmaster" level. make the reward for having a true grandmaster in the party the skill they have gmed 5% more effective for everyone using that skill.

    Just a thought

    Similar thoughts before HERE. You are right. It would make Grandmaster more special :)

    Completely agree with you yet we should take it a step further and add “Elite Grandmaster” with title above your name for those who pushed it to 140. R/Boris/El Pirata.

    Yeah, additional titles as you go up would be nice as well. Having additional abilities and properties added to the skill as it increases beyond say, 100.. or even 80 if you want the approach to 100 to feel more sensational, and then even better ones as you go past 100 skill.

    The bonus abilities and properties don't have to be overpowered or game breaking, could be as little as adding flourishes to attacks, sounds or other animations, better particle effects say if you're mastering Air then the skill your using could show and increase visually in size and glow for example. Crafting is still harder by far and should give those poor dedicated souls some additional touches they can stamp on their work outside the 3 random choices... also doesn't have to be overpowering/game breaking, could be just trademark stuff or minor enhancements... something. Producer xp sucks, esp agriculture, and they need their props too!

    I agree with this, with 2x XP, I can pull a gm in 20 minutes. I think I even said this some time ago, GM should be at 120. I would even go further and say that if I have 125 skill and another person has 130 skill, they should still be able to mentor me.

    Awesome ideas. Surely extends the life of the game in terms of character development and RPG aspects? Seems to address some of the frustrations people feel (with justification) that spending exp points beyond level 100/120 is not worth the effort, as it gives titles (RP and RPG benefits) and actual practical benefits.

    By the way, what are the bonuses for GM right now? I have a few in crafting and combat but no idea what they give me!

    The current bonus for GM is that your party members have a faster exp transfer rate from pool to that specific skill.

    This is a good idea I think. Adept, master and grandmaster (150) even. More realistic to what people are attaining these days.
