Supple & Hardened leather recipes

    So, I've been looking for these literally for hours spanning a dozen or two cities. Do they actually exist?

    So I was looking for the strap recipes for both of these last night. Smith in New Brittania sells the recipes but not straps....found them on one of the 3 guys in the crafting shop in Owl's head.

    I believe they are in sequana square in Ardoris. Tailor shop.

    What is "New Brittania"? I checked New Brittany Market, and Central Brittany, couldn't find the recipes from either. Though I'm unsure if I found a 'smith' either.

    Nope, he doesn't have them.

    ... yet another hour spent =)

    Harold (middle merchant inside building behind the trainer) in Owl's Head sells both of these.

    Thanks, this finally worked, was just on my way to doublecheck Owl's Head again too.

    I wonder if it's a bug that the recipes don't seem to be around too many vendors... Considering a crapton of the recipes that require these two are available from virtually every vendor :)

    It's always Owl's Head. I've hunted for so many recipes or ingredients - try finding a friggin' lemon - I live on Elysium and it's quite a haul to Ardoris or Owl's Head. I sure wish they'd do a vendor pass on all the cities to get them filled out. I shouldn't have to hunt all day to find a carpenter.

    Has this changed? All I can find in Owl's Head is Fred the Tailor, and he only sells supple leather, not yard of supple leather or supple leather strap.
