    Note that the unified login may cause issues with logging in through Tapatalk for a few people - logging in using your email address is always the safest/best option.

    Just a note - the unified email/password etc. is great and has been a missing piece that is great to see fixed! The only piece missing I would say is that logging out of the forums does NOT log you out of the main account page.

    I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I was able to get back in with my cached account info on my iPhone. Though I logged out and attempted to log back in and it didn't let me :)


    Formats attempted:

    username
    password

    and

    email
    password


    Can't get in now.

    Try using your forum name it log back in, that was the only way I could log in originally.

    Its not logging in thats the concern. When i choose add forum on tapatalk and put in shroud of the avatar, it doesnt even find the forums any longer :(

    Hi,

    I just recently purchase SOTA via Steam and tried to access the forum via tapatalk to no avail. I keep getting an invalid user and password error on the app itself. My user and p/w works fine on the website.

    Can anyone help ?

    Maybe you have different account names for the game and the forum and used mistakenly the account for the game.

    Hi I believe the account / forum login is unified now ? Logging out of the forum brings me back to the mainsite.

    Edit : ok I managed to fix this by doing a password reset within the forum profile - happy days ;)

    For the most people this is true. I for one have changed my forums name and have now different names for my SotA game account and the SotA forum.
