Ich hab die Aussage gemacht das jedes andere Spiel dies als Exploit sieht und daher Powerleveling Service verbietet. Und ich rede vom westlichen Markt da er uns nun mal betrifft und sich stark vom asiatischen gerade in diesem Bereich unterscheidet und gerade deshalb sich bei uns nicht sonderlich durchsetzt. Und solange es in der EULA steht, haben sie selbst auch die Regel dafür gelegt. Wenn Porta nichts gegen Powerlevel Service gegen Geld hat, dann sollen se die EULA ändern oder klar definieren und nicht jemandem ne Email schreiben und sagen das es ok ist. Das ausnutzen eines Systems zu seinem Vorteil zählt nun mal im Sprachgebrauch als Exploit, aber wie auch beim P2W versucht es jeder anders zu definieren.

Powerlvling für Geld ist ok SOLANGE dafür keine exploits benutzt wurden.

Right so you answered your own question right there. The servers are all located in Austin, Texas, USA so nothing you have said is applicable. Travan games is not controlling or having the servers in EU. They are only distributing it there. The servers will still all be in the USA.

I highly doubt they will not want to sell to the EU market if they are distributing it here eu law applies.

Yes as I said it would apply to products sold in the EU. Power Leveling is not a product it's a service. The online service you are talking about is also a product which is a game client or program sold in the EU. IF what you are saying was true then none of the Asian MMOs would be available in EU which they clearly are.
