This is great stuff. I had technical difficulties on my end that made the demo virtually unplayable that only got sorted after the demo ended. I might yet take advantage of the add-on store discounts after all. Thanks for doing this.

 

Added Founder Lord Home Walk-through to the founder section above. Unfortunately the thumbnail wasn't set when I posted it to the forum and the forum is displaying the old cached one. The video is fine, it's just the thumbnail that doesn't look right.

Edit: 1/15/2014 Looks like the thumbnail was properly updated. Woot!

This really is a great asset to the forums. Seeing the homes in video format helps to define the dimensions so much more than pictures alone can do.

I actually really liked the Stone shack and wanted to show someone but it wasn't there lol. Anyways keep up the great work. I kind of hope they fix the issues with the cloth and decorations either going under the wood or not being able to be properly placed at all.

What capture software are you using?

 

Nice job, I see the smaller houses kept you busy from doing the larger Lord homes... They are quite amazing compared to some of the Town and Village homes but likely I will never own one, but that is what beta is for then.. lol

 

These videos in this series were recorded using Fraps though I am still experimenting with other software and hardware encoders (Like the Avermedia Live Gamer HD). The biggest problem is that in the end, no matter how good the recording quality is, Youtube poops all over your work by re-encoding it in a very lossy way.
