    Title: the old random devotional graphic bug has changed

    Details: rather than seeing it on myself has i run across specific spots, now i'm seeing it on people with devotionals as i approach from a certain distance away. i saw the swirl on this gentleman in red as i approached the devotional. i did not have a buff yet, but he did. then i left the scene, reentered and approached him a different way and saw it again.

    this includes the new graphic for strength of earth as well, so probably also includes celestial blessing as noted here
