The following items were provided to auction... due to the auction running over 2 hours and 15 minutes we cut the last 15 sales to by selection only. There were 17 buyers who spent a total of G.1,737,850. The estimated total value of the auction was G.2,023,250. The reserve prices on all items combined was set to G.937,000. Unsold items accounted for G.251,500 of the reserved gold prices. This means the current economy is approximately 2.5:1 ratio above what people feel would be painful to lose an item for in an auction. Sellers market!

We'll be back at our home in Ordinis Mortis, which is just over the bridge to Grunvald, south of Brittany. Once you enter the town we are right down the road.



Once inside, the auctions are held on the first floor:


Some updates: we are now requesting a 10% tip on all items sold; however, we are mandating a minimum fee to ensure the time spent isn't a complete loss to the auctioneer and staff. To encourage higher quality items the minimum fee will be reduced for items that value over 20k in their sale (the first 20k is 10%, thereafter it's 5%).

Examples of minimum and suggested fees:

• Item listed and doesn't sell
  • 500 gold
• Item is listed and sells for...
  • 10k = 1k fee / 1k suggested
  • 20k = 2k fee / 2k suggested
  • 50k = 3.5k fee / 5k suggested
  • 100k = 6k fee / 10k suggested
  • 150k = 8.5k fee / 15k suggested
  • 250k = 13.5k fee / 25k suggested
  • 500k = 26k fee / 50k suggested

7 different buyers, 11 different bidders, G.2,860,000 in reserve prices, appraisal of G.3,234,500, G.547,500 in closed auctions with the 1.5 mil bid on the Village Tax Free Place Anywhere Deed not meeting the 2mil reserve (1.934mil appraisal at current lowest 200k, or more, gold PURCHASE values in market place vs current lowest Tax Free Village PURCHASE value in market place on these forums). Removal of the village deed = 860k reserve and 1.3mil value for a 150% value to reserve ratio per current market value of items.
