Took out my first ghosts.

    Thank you Themo Lock for the help.

    As a level 40 tank/mage I was finally able to defeat ghosts. I did go shirtless (took off plate) to uses my magic deck. Themo was right, flame fist and death touch/ray enabled me to take them down. Need to set my magic deck with cloth armor.

    Can ghosts get reverse mortgages?

    In theory, yes. Practically, no.

    While we're supposed to be eligible for standard mortgages, the reality is that we get hammered by the PMI rates, forcing us to get 2nd chance loans. Quite the irony, considering that we're a 2nd chance by nature. ;)

    Yep, level 32 here in cloth.

    I used Death Touch, Flame Fist, Fire Arrow and Lightning as offence.

    Then I took Moon Magic's resist (death res included), the Int buff and locked in Healing Ray.

    Hardly ever had to use healing ray with Death Touch though. Didn't take Death Ray.

    Oh, and ofc I had the Earth Innates (because taking damage is for suckers)

    Think I cleared out Spectral Mines. Not sure. I got the key and opened the main door and the other door with it. Can't see a way through or at the end of the corridor of lava... sooo, done? The Lich seemed harder than the Ghost but was still dead in the end. Couldn't see anything to do in that room, but it looked like there should be something?
