    Title: two tree roots encroaching on this lot

    Details: these should have been cleared when the stone was claimed since the roots are close enough to interfere with deco.

    Unfortunately this cannot be fixed without increasing the radius dramatically around which trees are cleared around lots. We tried this a couple of releases ago and it was universally disliked by players. For now you will need to clear the trees manually with a paver until we get the lawn mower feature implemented.

    ah, okay. i had figured it might have been a problem with that particular tree asset not having proper collision for the root sticking out and so not being picked up by the clearing.
