Umberjack - Can do both quests on same day

    Title: Umberjack - Can do both quests on same day
    Reproduction Rate: Once
    Blocker? No
    Details: I was able to get both quests on the same day by typing "Pay" when looking for keywords. That opened Wtizke. Since this is a daily I am assuming I shouldn't be able to do it twice in one day.

    (Note, Witzke one also rewards no XP for paying.)

    Steps to Reproduce: Say Pay to Umberjack, then do both quests.

    -Too many bugs with this questline / npc to list each one individually.

    -You can do multiple quests every day

    -NPC conversation keywords broken

    -After accepting quest, whichever option you choose you get -1 to courage virtue

    -Quest NPCs do not appear properly on compass when you accept the quest. Sometimes there's a marker for an NPC, Sometimes a marker back to Umberjack.

    Also "Albreda" doesn't give me the option of accepting the quest or paying the debt. The other 2 did (Witzke and Orendel)
