Unable to see new Air Elemental attack debuff icon

    Details: In Release 103 it is stated :
    • Air Elemental – Air elemental attack will now have a chance to stun their opponent.
    I am currently, unable to observe any stunning effect placed at all on a Practice Dummy in Offline Mode (if that matters) with a Level 191 Summoned Air Elemental.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    • Have Air Magic Specialization skill untrained.
    • Be in Non-Combat mode.
    • Use the Summon Air Elemental sill.
    • Right Click on Air Elemental and select Set Disposition to Aggressive.
    • On a lot with free external space, with a placed Practice Dummy, stand next to it.
    • Go into combat mode.
    • Select the Practice Dummy. And go into combat mode, and damage it. Continue to engage in combat with the Dummy.
    • Right click on the Practice Dummy, and select Command Air Elemental to Attack Practice Dummy option.
    • Move away from the Practice Dummy, so that you are no longer attacking it. Observe the Air elemental will now continuously attack the Practice Dummy.
    • Double Click on the Practice Dummy.
    • Observe no stunning effect is ever placed at all on the Practice Dummy, at all. No icon is placed in the Practice Dummy stating a stunned effect. Nor is any combat text stating this effect was attempted or failed from the Air Elemental.

    I have yet to see my air elemental actually stun an enemy.
